Is the pilot carrying the right insurance for their plane?  Might be too late if you board a private aircraft and not know these facts.  This piece details the varying types of aviation liability coverages available to pilots and the truth behind whether or not they even have insurance.  Question…Are you an employee that travels on business with the owner of company that uses his plane to fly you and others to business engagements?  What about workers’ compensation or just the right passenger liability limits.  Something to think about.  All aboard!
